1. Terms
These terms are between you or the organisation you represent and worksnap GmbH, which operates Competencio. Competencio is offered to businesses and professional organisations, not to consumers. If you use Competencio for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
By accessing the website or service, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use Competencio. Separate order forms, data-processing agreements, or negotiated terms take precedence where they conflict with this page.
2. Authorised use
During an active subscription or agreed trial, worksnap GmbH grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for its authorised users to use Competencio for the customer's internal business and professional client work. This includes configuring assessment and recruiting workflows, entering customer content, inviting participants or candidates, and producing reports, subject to the applicable order form and usage limits. You may not:
- — Provide access to anyone who is not an authorised user or circumvent access controls
- — Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except when delivering the customer's own professional services
- — Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass technical restrictions except where mandatory law permits it
- — Use Competencio unlawfully, discriminatorily, or to infringe another person's rights
- — Treat AI-assisted output as a substitute for the review and decision of an authorised human
The customer is responsible for its users, the lawfulness and accuracy of customer content, and the decisions made using the service. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other customers, or affected people, and will give notice where practicable.
3. Disclaimer
All the materials on Competencio's Website are provided "as is". Competencio makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Competencio does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.
4. Limitations
Competencio or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on Competencio's Website, even if Competencio or an authorized representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage.
